Responsibilities

Travel Consultant

• Client Engagement: Provide personalized consultation to clients, assisting them in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for every client.
• Itinerary Coordination: Prepare detailed itineraries and offer expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and cultural highlights.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, visa requirements, and special promotions to offer clients the best options.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences using modern travel management systems.

Direct Marketing Executive

• Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and monitor innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote our portfolio of travel services.
• Social Media Expertise: Leverage various social media platforms to engage the target audience, create compelling content, and drive brand awareness.
• Lead Generation: Utilize digital tools to identify and nurture leads, converting interest into bookings and long-term client relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and travel consulting teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months working experience in the UAE travel market.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Digital Savvy: Demonstrated expertise in social media management and digital marketing strategies, including content creation and online advertising.
