Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to turn someone’s dream holiday into a perfectly planned reality — or launch a digital campaign that actually makes people want to pack their bags? Whether you thrive on crafting seamless travel itineraries or love the thrill of direct marketing, this might just be your next adventure. We’re looking for Travel Consultants and Direct Marketing Executives to join our growing team right here in the heart of Al Najdah, Abu Dhabi. If you’ve got at least six months’ experience in the UAE travel market and a genuine passion for connecting with people, you’ll fit right in.

About the Company

We’re not your run-of-the-mill travel agency. Our team is a vibrant mix of travel buffs, tech-savvy marketers, and detail-oriented planners — all united by a love for discovery and service. You’ll find us swapping stories over chai in the break room, brainstorming the next big campaign, and celebrating every five-star client review. We’re big believers in hands-on learning, open communication, and keeping things just a little bit fun (Friday “destination of the week” lunches, anyone?). As we continue to expand in Abu Dhabi, we’re excited to welcome new teammates who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Travel Consultant:

  • Guide clients through every step of their travel journey, from first inquiry to final booking (and everything in between).
  • Craft customized itineraries that balance client preferences, budgets, and those little extra touches that make trips memorable.
  • Stay on top of the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination updates — your expertise will be their superpower.
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve issues with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

As a Direct Marketing Executive:

  • Develop and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and tweak strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and travel team to align promotions with client interests and seasonal trends.
  • Create engaging content — from catchy Instagram posts to informative newsletters — that tells our story.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding with professionalism and a dash of personality.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience in the UAE travel market.
  • Fluency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — you’re the type who can juggle calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats without breaking a sweat.
  • Proven experience with social media and digital marketing tools.
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and genuine interest in travel or marketing (or both!).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with travel booking systems or CRM software.
  • A knack for storytelling or visual design in digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Supportive, team-first culture where new ideas are welcome.
  • Flexible work options — hybrid and remote arrangements considered for the right candidates.
  • Ongoing training in travel tech, marketing trends, and customer service.
  • Opportunities to grow your career as we expand our footprint in the UAE.
  • Regular team outings, casual Fridays, and a genuinely collaborative vibe.

We believe work should feel rewarding — not just in the paycheck, but in the people you meet and the memories you help create. If you’re ready to take the next step in your travel or marketing career, we can’t wait to meet you.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • How do you keep yourself updated on changes in visa regulations, travel advisories, or destination trends in the UAE market?
  • Describe your experience using travel booking systems or CRM software. Which tools have you used, and how did they help you in your role?
  • What strategies do you find effective for engaging audiences on social media or through email marketing within the travel industry?
  • Imagine a client is unhappy with a recent trip you arranged. How would you handle their concerns and ensure their satisfaction?
  • Tell us about a situation where you had to juggle multiple client requests, emails, and calls simultaneously. How did you stay organized and prioritize your tasks?
  • Give an example of a marketing campaign you worked on that didn’t go as planned. What did you do to pivot or improve the results?
  • How do you approach aligning marketing promotions with both sales targets and seasonal travel trends?
  • Share a story about a time you turned a challenging customer interaction into a positive outcome.
  • What excites you about working in a team that values open communication, hands-on learning, and a touch of fun?
  • How do you contribute to a supportive, collaborative work environment, especially when juggling tight deadlines?
  • Why are you passionate about travel or marketing, and how do you bring that enthusiasm into your day-to-day work?
