What You’ll Be Doing
Mason
- Construct and repair walls, floors, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and stones
- Mix and apply mortar with precision, ensuring durability and a clean finish
- Interpret blueprints or instructions to lay out work efficiently
- Collaborate closely with fellow tradespeople and site supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines to keep your team and the site secure
Steel Fixer
- Accurately cut, shape, and fit steel bars and mesh for reinforced concrete
- Read and interpret structural drawings and schedules
- Assemble steel frameworks and secure them with appropriate ties, clips, or welding
- Work hand-in-hand with concrete teams to ensure proper installation
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of your work area
Carpenter
- Construct, install, and repair frameworks, partitions, and scaffolding
- Cut, shape, and smooth wood using hand and power tools
- Read blueprints and sketches to measure dimensions and plan materials
- Work alongside other trades to ensure schedules stay on track
- Uphold safety standards, especially when using heavy equipment
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Proven experience in your chosen trade (Mason, Steel Fixer, or Carpenter)
- Currently residing inside the UAE
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Understanding of basic safety practices on site
- Willingness to adapt and take on new tasks as needed
Nice-to-Haves
- Some English or Arabic language skills
- Experience working on large residential or commercial sites
- Certifications or formal trade training
