About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself imagining a job where laughter, creativity, and caring for little ones is part of your daily routine? If nurturing, engaging, and playing with children comes naturally to you—and a cozy, family-centered environment sounds right up your alley—this could be the perfect fit. We’re searching for a nurturing nanny in Al Karama, Abu Dhabi, who can bring warmth and patience into our home, while also lending a hand with light tidying up. If you’re from Uganda, have kids’ experience, and a touch of Arabic in your language toolkit, we’d really love to meet you.
About the Family
We’re a small, close-knit family who believes the best days are often spent gathered in the living room building castles out of blocks or sharing silly stories after school. Our home is modest and filled with energy—there’s rarely a dull moment with kids about! We value kindness, patience, and honesty, and we do our best to create a supportive atmosphere for anyone joining us, making sure you feel like you belong from day one.

- Preparing simple snacks or light meals for the kids
- Assisting with light house cleaning—tidying toys, wiping down surfaces, sweeping, and keeping common areas neat
- Communicating openly with the family about the children’s needs, moods, or any concerns
- Providing gentle discipline and emotional support—helping our little ones grow in confidence and kindness
