What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors with genuine warmth and help them feel comfortable (you’re often the face of our company!)
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and packages—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep the office stocked and organized, from supplies to meeting rooms
- Support day-to-day admin: data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining records
- Assist the team with preparing documents, reports, and presentations (your Microsoft Office skills will shine)
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, appointments, and travel
- Step in on ad-hoc tasks when things get busy—in this role, flexibility is your secret weapon
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Clear, confident communication skills in both spoken and written English (it’s our daily language)
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint—you know your way around)
