About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered how much smoother everyone’s day could be if there was one person quietly keeping everything humming along behind the scenes? As our new Office Coordinator in Oud Mehta, Dubai, you’ll be just that—an indispensable anchor for daily office life. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who thrives on bringing order to the day-to-day buzz, enjoys juggling a little bit of everything, and wants to be at the heart of a growing, people-focused team.

About the Company

Situated in the welcoming Oud Mehta neighborhood, our Dubai office is home to a tight-knit crew who genuinely care about making each workday productive—and a little lighter than you’d expect. We’re growing steadily, but we haven’t lost the friendly, open-door vibe that makes coming in every morning feel like joining your second family. Our colleagues swap ideas (and the odd homemade snack), demo days are filled with honest enthusiasm, and no birthday ever goes unnoticed. We pride ourselves on being adaptable, approachable, and genuinely supportive—for clients and teammates alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily office activities, from managing supplies to making sure meeting rooms are ready and welcoming
  • Acting as the go-to person for team requests, whether it’s fixing the printer (again) or helping organize a company lunch
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing communications—calls, emails, packages, and maybe the occasional mystery parcel
  • Maintaining office records, updating internal systems, and ensuring no important documentation falls through the cracks
  • Supporting HR and admin tasks like onboarding new hires, scheduling interviews, or preparing reports with a can-do attitude
  • Lending an extra hand for company events or last-minute tasks that keep the office running smoothly
  • Fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels supported—whether they work onsite or remotely

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or similar support role
  • Confident communication in English, with clear, professional phone and email manners
  • Strong organizational skills—you know how to keep to-do lists, calendars, and inboxes under control
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn company tools
  • A positive, problem-solving approach—unfazed by surprises or changing priorities

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a multicultural workplace (bonus points for additional languages)
  • Familiarity with basic HR or accounting processes
  • An eye for details that make a space inviting and comfortable

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Supportive, family-like environment—you’ll know everyone’s name and feel like your work matters
  • Central Oud Mehta location with easy access to public transit, cafés, and local lunch spots
  • Growth opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and supporting your professional ambitions
  • Flexible approach to work-life balance, with consideration for personal commitments and life outside of work
  • Regular team breakfasts, no-birthday-left-behind parties, and a dash of humor to brighten busy days

We’re a group that appreciates reliability, enthusiasm, and the little touches that make an office a great place to work. If you’re ready to jump in, help out, and make a real impact, you’ll fit right in.
