What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office operations and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Acting as the go-to support for team members — whether for scheduling, onboarding, or everyday problem solving.
- Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors so the workspace is stocked, tidy, and functional.
- Supervising administrative staff, guiding them with encouragement (and the occasional pep talk).
- Coordinating with HR and finance on routine administrative matters, like payroll documentation or leave requests.
- Ensuring all records are accurately maintained — a sharp eye for details is definitely handy.
- Regularly updating and creating reports using MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Taking initiative when you see processes that could be streamlined or improved.

What You’ll Bring

- Prior experience as an Office Manager or handling administrative leadership in a busy environment
