What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers to the office and helping them get started with their rental process
  • Walking customers through vehicle handover, plus inspecting and recording any pre-existing conditions
  • Managing returns: checking vehicles back in, ensuring documentation is accurate, and handling keys with care
  • Answering customer questions about cars, contracts, and local recommendations (knowledge of Dubai’s best shawarma spots: optional, but appreciated)
  • Assisting with administrative responsibilities—filing agreements, updating the scheduling system, and maintaining daily records
  • Coordinating with your team to ensure all vehicles are ready for their next adventure—clean, fueled, and on time
  • Jumping in wherever needed, whether it’s updating inventory sheets or lending a hand in the parking lot
