What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions with skill and attention to detail (for plastering roles)
- Assisting tradespeople and craftspeople in a range of construction tasks, from site prep to cleanup
- Loading, unloading, and organizing materials so the work can move efficiently (think: keeping things running smoothly)
- Maintaining tools and equipment, reporting any issues before they turn into site headaches
- Following strict safety procedures every step of the way—because everyone deserves to go home safe
- Working as a solid part of the team, communicating clearly and helping out wherever needed
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Reliability and a strong work ethic—you show up, get involved, and don’t shy away from hard work
- Basic experience in construction environments (for Plaster Workers, proven experience is especially valued)
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a hands-on job
