What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily logistics and ensuring all operational tasks are completed on time
- Managing the company’s online presence and B2B platforms, including updating listings and addressing client queries
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, inventory, and key business documents
- Providing hands-on support to the CEO: scheduling meetings, managing travel, and handling day-to-day communications
- Assisting with the execution of strategic projects — think research, data gathering, and reporting
