As our next Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of it all—driving production efficiency and ensuring we meet, and exceed, our customers’ expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on results and loves the challenge of leading teams within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

About the Company

We’re a well-established fiberglass manufacturing facility calling Umm Al Quwain home, but our products reach far beyond the UAE. Around here, we’re big believers in curiosity, collaboration, and improvement—whether it’s tweaking a process on the shop floor or coming up with new ways to make our work safer. The team is tight-knit and hands-on; there’s always time for a quick chat or a celebratory team lunch when we hit a milestone. If you appreciate an environment where everyone’s voice matters, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate daily production operations, making sure that safety and quality standards are met.
  • Plan production schedules in partnership with logistics and sales teams to ensure all orders go out on time—no surprises.

  • Monitor workflow, making on-the-fly adjustments to meet fluctuating demands or deadlines.
  • Implement and maintain health & safety protocols, fostering a culture where everyone looks out for each other.
  • Analyze production data to spot trends, propose improvements, and report to leadership on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and ensure machines are running at peak performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience (ideally 5+ years) managing production in a manufacturing facility—fiberglass or similar industries is a major plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building positive, high-performing teams.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, especially under pressure.
  • Clear communicator—able to bridge gaps between the factory floor, management, and other departments.
  • Comfort with using data and reporting tools to make production decisions.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance bonus—your efforts won’t go unnoticed
