Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Production Activities
  Supervise all aspects of the production floor, including coordinating team members, managing workflows, and ensuring that daily targets are consistently met.

• Develop and Implement Production Schedules
  Create, adjust, and communicate production timelines to maximize output while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Quality Control Management
  Establish and enforce strict quality assurance protocols. Conduct regular inspections and collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and address potential issues.

• Team Leadership and Development
  Mentor, train, and motivate production staff. Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Inventory Monitoring and Management
  Track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory.

• Process Optimization
  Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs without compromising quality.

• Health and Safety Compliance
  Uphold strict adherence to all health and safety regulations. Ensure that the production area remains organized, clean, and safe for all employees.

• Communication and Reporting
  Prepare regular production reports for senior management. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and achieve production objectives.

Requirements

• Proven Experience
  Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably related to textiles, metalwork, or similar industries.

• Educational Background
  Diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

• Leadership Skills
  Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Technical Proficiency
  Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, production planning systems, and quality control standards. Prior experience with process optimization and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
