What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs, waitstaff, and support crew with clear direction and encouragement.
- Maintain rigorous food safety and hygiene standards—your attention to detail sets the tone for the whole team.
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure the authenticity and consistency of Pakistani dishes, from spices to presentation.
- Handle guest feedback with empathy and quick problem-solving, always aiming for that “wow” experience.
- Schedule shifts, manage staff performance, and foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
- Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure fresh, top-quality ingredients are always on hand.
- Support management in developing ideas for menu updates or special events that keep guests coming back.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, with a strong background in Pakistani cuisine.
- Proven leadership skills—you know how to motivate, mentor, and build trust within a team.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (and Urdu/Hindi is a big plus).
- A genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences and exceeding guest expectations.
Nice-to-Haves:
