About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who believes coffee is both an art and a science? If the hiss of the steam wand and the swirl of perfectly frothed milk are music to your ears, you might be just who we’re looking for. Join our bustling neighborhood coffee shop in Umm Al Quwain, right in the heart of Al Raqa, as our new Barista. This isn’t just any barista gig — it’s a place where your skills behind the counter don’t go unnoticed, whether you’re pulling flawless shots or adding that satisfying touch of latte art to a flat white.
About the Company
Nestled in the friendly community of Al Raqa, our coffee shop has become a gathering spot for locals and travelers alike. Our vibe is all about genuine connections — both with customers and the small but dedicated team behind the bar. We like to think there’s something special about serving someone their favorite drink just the way they love it (maybe it’s the secret ingredient: actual care). Friday mornings are lively, and don’t be surprised if you find regulars chatting with you about their latest adventures or asking for your recommendation from the dessert case.

- Keeping the bar area spotless, stocked, and ready for the next rush
