What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests warmly, guiding them to their tables, and setting a positive tone for their visit
- Taking customer orders accurately (don’t worry, we’ll show you how our order system works)
- Suggesting menu items and answering questions — a friendly recommendation can go a long way
- Serving food and beverages with care and attention to detail
- Handling basic payment transactions and using our simple computer system for orders
- Making sure dining and café areas are tidy, safe, and inviting at all times
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prompt and correct
- Lending a hand wherever needed — because teamwork makes the place run smoothly
- Checking in on guests during their meal and ensuring their satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Pleasant, respectful attitude and genuine warmth towards customers
- Confidence in basic computer skills and willingness to learn our order system
- Previous experience in food service is welcome, but not essential if you’re eager to learn
- Ability to work well in a team — you value harmony as much as hard work
- Good communication skills in Tagalog (and, ideally, conversational English or Arabic)
- Willingness to adapt in a busy environment and help out wherever needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous café or restaurant experience
- Experience handling cash or payments
- A knack for remembering regular customers’ preferences
