What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting guests warmly, guiding them to their tables, and setting a positive tone for their visit
  • Taking customer orders accurately (don’t worry, we’ll show you how our order system works)
  • Suggesting menu items and answering questions — a friendly recommendation can go a long way
  • Serving food and beverages with care and attention to detail
  • Handling basic payment transactions and using our simple computer system for orders
  • Making sure dining and café areas are tidy, safe, and inviting at all times
  • Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prompt and correct
  • Lending a hand wherever needed — because teamwork makes the place run smoothly
  • Checking in on guests during their meal and ensuring their satisfaction

What You’ll Bring
