What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your role as Project Engineer or Technical Office Engineer, your days may include:
- Overseeing on-site activities to ensure smooth, timely project execution and quality workmanship
- Coordinating with site crews, subcontractors, and the technical office to keep everyone in sync
- Reviewing, preparing, and updating shop drawings, as-built plans, and technical documentation
- Troubleshooting construction issues and proposing hands-on solutions that keep the project on target
- Preparing regular progress reports and presenting updates to management and clients
- Assisting with procurement, material submittals, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Participating in client meetings and supporting clear communication between all project stakeholders

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction field
- Solid technical knowledge of project execution, site coordination, and documentation
- Ability to interpret, review, and prepare construction drawings and shop drawings
- Strong problem-solving and team communication skills
- Based in or willing to work in Al Nakheel, Ras Al-Khaimah
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in the UAE
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and other industry software
