What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing quantity take-offs and payment certificates—your thoroughness will keep projects running smoothly
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings; spotting discrepancies before they become costly issues
- Working closely with site teams to ensure all quantities align with what's being executed on the ground
- Creating detailed reports and cost estimates using MS Excel (your spreadsheets are your secret weapon)
- Drafting or correcting plans in AutoCAD—sometimes under a tight deadline, always with accuracy in mind
