What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding clients through property viewings, negotiations, and the full sales or rental process
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of listings in Ajman’s most in-demand neighborhoods
- Developing and nurturing client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Staying on top of the latest market trends and regulations in the UAE property sector
- Collaborating with a supportive team to hit (and often exceed) monthly targets
- Keeping property listings up-to-date and marketing them across digital and traditional channels
- Providing honest, expert advice to help clients make confident decisions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—your clients should feel heard and supported
- Residency status in the UAE and eligibility for sponsorship transfer
- Motivation to meet targets, and the resilience to bounce back from setbacks
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license—makes life (and viewings) a lot easier
- Familiarity with Ajman neighborhoods and property types
- Experience using real estate CRMs or digital marketing tools
