What You’ll Be Doing
- Meeting clients in our office and showcasing property options that fit their needs — no two days (or deals) are ever quite the same.
- Following up on leads generated by our fully-funded, company-provided advertising across all major real estate sites.
- Guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process — from first viewing to final signature.
- Maintaining strong, professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and fellow agents — you’ll be the friendly face they remember.
- Using your company-provided Etisalat phone and high-speed internet to stay responsive and close deals efficiently.
- Keeping records and documentation organized, with support from our admin team (we’ve got your back).
- Collaborating with teammates to hit group targets and share strategies — we win together.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a customer-facing role is a definite plus — but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a bonus).
- Valid UAE residence visa and ability to transfer sponsorship.
- Age under 40, as per company policy.
- Motivation to grow your earnings through a commission and salary structure.
- Comfort working from our Ajman Corniche office and living in company-provided housing.
