About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about being the friendly first face that makes a lasting impression? As our new Receptionist in Sharjah’s Al Rolla district, you'll be at the very heart of our company — welcoming guests, keeping things running smoothly, and ensuring everyone who steps through our doors feels at home. With our business just taking off, there’s never been a better time to start your journey with us and help shape the culture from the ground up.

About the Company

We’re not your typical corporate outfit. As a newly established company in Sharjah, we’re building a close-knit team that values reliability, genuine warmth, and a dash of ambition. Our office in Al Rolla is buzzing with energy as we lay the foundation for something special. Here, everyone’s voice matters — whether you’re brainstorming new ideas over morning tea or celebrating small wins together. And, for the record, we believe laughter belongs in the workplace (almost as much as good coffee does).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and making them feel genuinely welcomed — first impressions are your superpower
  • Managing the front desk: answering calls, handling emails, and directing inquiries to the right team members
  • Coordinating appointments and keeping schedules organized without breaking a sweat
  • Assisting with light administrative tasks — think document filing, photocopying, and arranging deliveries
  • Maintaining a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects our fresh and professional vibe
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc projects or urgent needs that pop up during the day
  • Keeping your finger on the pulse of the office — if something needs doing, you’re already on it

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus!)
  • A naturally professional and friendly demeanor — you enjoy helping people
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a lively, sometimes fast-paced setting
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office or Google Workspace)
  • Immediate availability to join (we can’t wait to meet you!)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative support role
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, phone systems, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and a knack for solving small problems before they grow

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package tailored to your experience
  • Company-provided visa and accommodation for peace of mind
  • Welcoming, multicultural team where all nationalities are celebrated
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a new business — your contributions will truly matter
  • Supportive management that values your input and encourages learning
  • Regular team get-togethers and an environment where work feels rewarding

If you’re looking for more than just a job — a place to start your career, build real connections, and help a new company shine in Sharjah — you’ll feel right at home with us.
