What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming, professional attitude—whether in person or over the phone.
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Process insurance documents, answer related inquiries, and assist patients with understanding their coverage.
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and administrative colleagues to coordinate smooth patient flow.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and running efficiently, even during the busiest hours.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and (preferably) Arabic.
