What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to client inquiries with warmth and accuracy, offering detailed information about available properties
  • Acting as a bridge between the sales and marketing teams—think of yourself as the person who keeps everyone in sync
  • Preparing regular status reports, updating property listings, and tracking market trends to keep our data fresh
  • Coordinating client appointments, follow-ups, and property viewings (all managed remotely)
