What You’ll Be Doing
- Navigating the world of IT solutions, understanding client needs, and proposing custom-fit software offerings
- Collaborating with technical and product teams to translate complex features into real business value for customers
- Meeting clients (sometimes across the UAE), providing demos, and handling negotiations with a keen understanding of both tech specs and human needs
- Preparing clear sales proposals and following up proactively to close deals
- Building lasting relationships — you won’t just be passing leads, but truly partnering with our clients throughout their journey
- Keeping up with market trends and competitors to help us stay one step ahead
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or a very closely related field
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- A knack for explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
- Previous experience in IT/software sales (even if it was just part of your previous role)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A valid UAE driving license — you’re comfortable hitting the road to meet clients
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with the Ajman or UAE tech market
