About the Company

We’re not your typical electronics retailer. For over a decade, our Al Karama shop has been a local fixture—where families, tech enthusiasts, and small businesses alike come for honest advice and great deals. Our team is a lively group who celebrates birthdays with homemade cake and swaps tech tips over evening chai. • Handling sales transactions, returns, and after-sales support with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaborating with team members on visual merchandising and inventory organization—because a tidy, inviting store makes all the difference.
  • Keeping up with new product releases and industry trends to answer questions with confidence.

  • Proven customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfort using basic point-of-sale systems and handling cash or card transactions

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Additional language skills (Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, or others) — always a plus in our multicultural neighborhood
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms
  • Experience in visual merchandising or store displays

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
