About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to take your sales career to the next level — and maybe even to a new country? We’re on the lookout for dynamic Female Sales Staff to join our teams in Dubai (Deira), Greece, and at our luxurious 5-star resort in Fujairah. Whether you thrive in the fast-paced pulse of a city or prefer the relaxed elegance of a resort setting, this is your chance to work directly with the employer, make an immediate impact, and grow your career in an international environment. Ready for a new adventure?

About the Company

We’re a close-knit group with big ambitions, known for bringing a personal touch to everything we do — whether it’s welcoming guests at our Fujairah resort, consulting with clients in Dubai Deira, or expanding our reach in Greece. Our team is multicultural, supportive, and just the right mix of professional and fun (ask anyone about our themed coffee breaks or the legendary Friday team lunches). Growth and learning aren’t buzzwords here; they’re woven into our daily routine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reach out to new and existing customers — sometimes with a script, and often with your own creative flair.
  • Introduce and explain our products or services in a way that’s friendly, clear, and persuasive.
  • Listen to customer needs, answer questions, and handle concerns with patience and genuine care.
  • Collaborate with team members locally and internationally to share best practices and success stories.
  • Track and follow up on leads, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Occasionally pitch in with promotional events, product launches, or on-site tours (especially at the resort — yes, you might get to work by the pool).
  • Keep records of your sales activity and customer feedback to help us get even better at what we do.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (extra points for other languages).
  • A knack for creative thinking and problem-solving, especially on the spot.
  • Patience, positivity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfort with scripts, but also the confidence to improvise when needed.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Dubai Deira, Greece, or Fujairah.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience working in multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or basic sales tracking tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, timely pay — direct from the employer, no agencies involved.
  • Opportunities to grow within the company, including cross-location transfers and promotions.
  • Supportive, international team culture — you’ll never feel like just a number here.
  • Beautiful work environments: bustling city offices, Greek vistas, or a 5-star resort (yes, really).
  • Regular team events, training sessions, and plenty of recognition for your hard work.
  • Flexible shifts and understanding management (we know life happens).
  • Staff discounts at our resort and affiliated properties.

At the end of the day, we want you to succeed — and enjoy the journey. If you’re ready for a role that’s as rewarding as it is challenging, you might have just found your next home with us.
