We’re looking for a dedicated School Bus Driver to join our team in Deira, Dubai. This isn’t just about getting from point A to B — it’s about ensuring every child’s journey to and from school is safe, comfortable, and on time. If you’re passionate about safety, enjoy working with kids, and want stability along with a few worthwhile perks, read on.
About the Company
Our organization is more than just a fleet of buses — we’re a tight-knit community serving families across Dubai. Our mornings start early (yes, there’s always hot tea in the break room), and our team values looking out for each other as much as we do for the students we transport. With a reputation built on reliability and care, we’re known for treating our drivers like family and for our commitment to keeping every ride as safe as possible. Whether it’s sharing a laugh with your colleagues or lending a hand during busy school events, you’ll find genuine camaraderie here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely transporting students to and from school on a set schedule, ensuring punctuality at every stop.
- Performing daily vehicle inspections before and after each route — we take maintenance seriously.
- Keeping your bus clean, tidy, and in good working order (no one likes a sticky seat).
- Following all UAE traffic regulations and school transportation policies, always putting safety first.
- Building positive rapport with students, parents, and school staff — a friendly greeting goes a long way.
- Managing student behavior on the bus calmly and respectfully, creating a secure environment for everyone.
- Reporting any incidents, delays, or maintenance needs in a timely manner to the transport coordinator.
- Attending periodic safety training sessions and team meetings (sometimes with snacks!).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles (bus category).
- Strong track record of safe, incident-free driving — safety is non-negotiable.
- Previous experience driving buses or large vehicles, ideally with school-aged passengers.
- A responsible, patient, and calm demeanor — kids can have their moments!
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Good time management and reliability — students (and their parents) count on you.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with the Deira area and its school routes.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
- First aid training or willingness to learn.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary with reliable, on-time payments.
- Accommodation provided for a worry-free transition.
- Comprehensive medical insurance — your health matters.
- Annual paid leave so you can rest and recharge.
- Supportive team culture with regular training and open communication.
- Opportunity to genuinely impact your community, one safe journey at a time.
- Stability and respect — we value our drivers and their dedication.
You’ll find more than just a job here; you’ll join a team that recognizes your commitment and supports your growth. If you’re ready to help keep Dubai’s students safe on the road, we can’t wait to meet you.
