What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming students on and off the school bus with patience and a positive attitude
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during transport—think of yourself as their advocate on wheels
- Keeping a watchful eye on bus routes, adhering to all school transportation guidelines
- Assisting in boarding or seating, and offering a helping hand when needed
- Working closely with the bus driver, school staff, and parents to maintain clear communication
- For Security Guards: Monitoring school entrances, assisting with safe student drop-off and pick-up, and being a reassuring presence on campus
- Support Staff may lend a hand wherever it’s needed—from helping a student find their bearings to managing crowd flow at busy times
- Responding calmly and efficiently to any incidents or emergencies to maintain student well-being
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- A genuine care for children’s safety and comfort—no experience necessary, but caring is non-negotiable
