What You’ll Be Doing
- Juggling daily schedules for managers and team members, ensuring everyone (and everything) is in the right place at the right time.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence—emails, calls, and packages—with efficiency and a personal touch.
- Safeguarding sensitive information by maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters, big and small.
- Coordinating meetings—preparing agendas, booking rooms, and making sure all necessary materials are ready to go.
- Supporting various administrative tasks, from updating records to managing office supplies, so operations never miss a beat.
- Welcoming guests and clients with warmth and professionalism, making a positive first impression every time.
- Adapting to shifting priorities in a lively, ever-changing office environment (no two days are the same).
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role, ideally in a busy office setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail—you’re the type who notices when something’s out of place.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
