What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping a visible, reassuring presence throughout our store and premises
- Monitoring entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to prevent theft or disturbance
- Assisting customers and staff with safety matters and emergency situations
- Responding promptly and calmly to any security incidents or alarms
- Conducting routine patrols and keeping detailed logs of observations and incidents
- Supporting evacuation procedures or first aid situations as needed
- Working flexible shifts—including weekends and holidays—with the support of a strong team
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for an in-person interview (applications from outside the UAE cannot be considered)
- Basic communication skills in English; knowing other languages is a plus
- A responsible attitude—reliability is key in this role
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
- Confidence, good physical fitness, and a calm, professional demeanor
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in security or a relevant customer service field
- SIRA certification, security training, or a background in law enforcement
- First aid or emergency response knowledge
