What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring all activities are running smoothly and safely.
- Distributing tasks to site laborers and tradesmen, with an eye on both efficiency and skill-matching.
- Monitoring labor productivity, stepping in to coach or support as needed to keep standards high.
- Coordinating finishing works and concrete activities, from planning through to completion.
- Organizing and sequencing site activities to maximize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure everyone’s on the same page and deadlines are met.
- Keeping a close eye on quality control, safety protocols, and timely completion of project milestones.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of UAE experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Valid UAE driving license (essential for site visits and coordination).
- Strong, hands-on expertise in finishing works and concrete construction.
- Proven ability to distribute tasks effectively and monitor team productivity.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, especially with multiple site activities and subcontractors.
