About the Company
We’re not your average construction firm. Since 2011, our teams have been on the ground (and sometimes beneath it) driving ambitious projects across Sharjah and Ajman. Our office in Sharjah’s Muwaila 15 Industrial Area is a hive of practical problem-solvers, where titles mean less than teamwork. What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations for underground water and pumping station projects — no two days look quite the same.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and your fellow engineers to ensure timelines stay on track (and everyone knows what’s next).
- Conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting issues as they arise — yes, you’ll get your boots muddy.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met at every stage. We’re serious about keeping our people safe.
- Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, site reports, and project updates for the team and clients.
- Liaising with clients and consultants to keep communication clear and expectations realistic.
- Supporting the project manager in resource planning and quality control — your eye for detail will be noticed.
- Sometimes, lending a hand beyond your job description — that’s just how we work.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in underground water projects and pumping station construction.
- A valid UAE driving license (you’ll be traveling between sites, so this is essential).
- Willingness and availability to join immediately — we need someone who can hit the ground running.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus, but not required).
- A practical, solution-oriented mindset — you see challenges as puzzles, not problems.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in Sharjah or Ajman construction projects.
- Knowledge of local regulatory standards and permitting processes.
- Familiarity with project management software or digital site reporting tools.
