About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to roll up your sleeves and make a visible impact on Ras Al-Khaimah’s landscape? As a Site Supervisor for our Al Nakheel landscaping projects, you’ll be right at the heart of transforming open spaces into vibrant environments. This isn’t your average desk job—you’ll be leading projects outdoors, making sure every plant and pathway lives up to our standards. If you’ve got a knack for motivating teams and keeping projects on track (with a genuine appreciation for a well-manicured lawn), this could be your next big move.

- Keeping track of materials, tools, and equipment—accountability is key!
- Championing safety practices and quality control at every phase.
- Reporting project status to management and documenting any changes along the way.

- Ability to read site plans and turn them into actionable steps.
- Unflappable under pressure—weather, unexpected changes, or tricky clients don’t throw you off.
- Valid UAE driving license.

- Experience navigating municipality permissions or permits.
- Basic computer literacy for project reporting.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
