What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing smart home and building automation systems, including control panels, sensors, and connected devices—every project is a little different.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues onsite, and ensuring that every system runs smoothly for our clients.
- Collaborating with team members to plan installations in new builds and retrofit projects, sometimes brainstorming creative solutions for tricky layouts.
- Conducting regular maintenance checks, software updates, and repairs as needed.
- Educating clients on how to use their new systems—sometimes that means a quick walk-through, other times a patient, step-by-step demo.
- Keeping detailed records of installations, configurations, and any service visits for future reference.
- Staying up to date with the latest smart tech trends and sharing new ideas with the team.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid UAE residency and NOC (No Objection Certificate).
- Hands-on experience installing smart home or building automation systems—control panels, sensors, and all the little pieces in between.
- A knack for diagnosing hardware and software issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail—you notice the small things that make a big difference.
- Clear, professional communication skills (with both clients and teammates).
- Reliability and the ability to work independently when needed.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with a range of smart system brands and protocols.
- Technical certifications related to smart systems or electrical work.
- Basic programming or networking knowledge.
- Fluency in Arabic or additional languages.
