About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to lay the groundwork for Abu Dhabi's next big project? We're looking for a Surveyor who knows their way around a Total Station and takes pride in getting every measurement right the first time. This isn't a desk job — you'll be out in the field, turning empty ground into precise, buildable plans. If you've got the tools, the experience, and an eye for detail, keep reading.
About the Company
We're a hands-on contracting team that's been part of the Abu Dhabi construction scene for years, and we've built our reputation on doing things properly — no shortcuts, no guesswork. The crew here is tight-knit; most of us have worked together on multiple sites, and new faces settle in fast. We value people who show up on time, ask questions when something doesn't add up, and treat every stake in the ground like it matters. Because it does.
What You'll Be Doing
- Set up and operate Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment on active sites across Abu Dhabi
- Carry out surveying and marking work to guide construction teams accurately
- Verify measurements and cross-check data so nothing slips through the cracks
- Work closely with site engineers and foremen to keep projects on track
- Maintain your equipment and report any issues before they become problems
- Keep clear, accurate records of survey points and site layouts
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Practical, hands-on surveying experience — you've done this work on real sites
- Confidence with Total Station, Auto Level, and GPS equipment
- Solid understanding of surveying and marking procedures
- A careful, committed approach — accuracy isn't optional in this role
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience working in the UAE (site conditions, local standards, the works)
- A valid driving licence
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — if you've got the core skills and the right attitude, that counts for a lot.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Steady, ongoing projects across Abu Dhabi — no sitting idle between jobs
- A team that respects your expertise and won't micromanage you in the field
- Competitive pay based on your experience and skill set
- Supportive supervisors who've come up through the ranks themselves
- Real room to grow — we promote from within when people prove themselves
We keep things simple here: do good work, be reliable, and you'll be treated well. If that sounds like your kind of outfit, we'd be glad to have you on the team.
