About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a hands-on career where no two days are the same? As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll be the boots on the ground protecting homes and businesses across Dubai from unwanted critters. Whether you’re just starting out or already have a year or two of experience, this is your chance to join a fast-growing industry that makes a real difference in people’s lives. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and step into a role with immediate impact, keep reading—we might be the perfect fit for each other.

About the Company

We’re a locally rooted pest control company that takes pride in creating safe, healthy spaces for our clients—one inspection, treatment, and follow-up at a time. Our team is a tight-knit bunch: we swap stories over tea during breaks, and there’s always someone around to lend a hand (or share a tip about the best way to spot bed bugs). We believe in supporting our technicians both in and out of the field, offering solid training, a friendly atmosphere, and the chance to grow as our company does. Here, your work is valued—and so are you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to service requests and conducting pest inspections at client locations across Dubai.
  • Applying safe and effective pest control treatments according to Dubai Municipality guidelines.
  • Explaining treatment plans and safety precautions to customers in clear, reassuring language.
  • Maintaining detailed records of services performed and materials used via our digital reporting tools.
  • Keeping equipment clean, calibrated, and ready for action—because the details matter.
  • Collaborating with teammates to troubleshoot tricky cases (and sometimes sharing a laugh about it after).
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques and safety protocols through ongoing training.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A valid Dubai Municipality Technician Card (or you’re eligible to obtain one).
  • At least 1–2 years of pest control experience in the UAE—or a willingness to learn if you’re a fresher.
  • Basic English communication skills (other languages are a bonus!).
  • Ability to join immediately—candidates on cancelled or visit visas are highly preferred.
  • A hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with digital reporting or field service apps.
  • A knack for customer service—maybe you’ve been told you’re a “people person.”
  • Familiarity with local pest species and their seasonal patterns.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided accommodation and transport—so you can focus on the job, not the commute.
  • Health insurance & workmen compensation for peace of mind.
  • Supportive team culture where new hires are welcomed and mentorship comes naturally.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities to advance as you build your expertise.
  • Every day brings something different—variety is the norm, not the exception.

You’ll join a company that takes care of its people, values a job well done, and offers a stable, rewarding path in a critical industry. Ready to make your mark? We can’t wait to meet you.
