About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to keep the gears running in one of Dubai’s busiest logistics hubs? We’re looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our warehouse operation in Jebel Ali. This isn’t just “another” warehouse job — it’s a chance to step into a fast-paced environment where your hard work keeps businesses across the city moving smoothly. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and dive in, you could be exactly who we need right now.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of go-getters who believe in teamwork and mutual respect — nobody goes unnoticed here. You’ll find us strategizing over breakroom tea and helping each other through daily challenges (sometimes with a bit of good-natured banter). We’re proud of our reputation for honesty, reliability, and treating our staff like family. As we scale up to meet soaring demand, it’s a genuinely exciting time to come on board.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with general warehouse operations, from organizing deliveries to tracking outgoing shipments
- Packing products with care and attention (our customers really do notice)
- Helping load and unload goods — sometimes it’s heavy, often it’s rewarding, always a team effort
- Keeping work areas safe, clean, and efficient for everyone
- Moving trolleys and inventory throughout the warehouse so that nothing ever gets lost in the shuffle
- Responding to supervisor instructions quickly — and never being afraid to ask questions if you’re unsure
- Pitching in on special projects or extra shifts as needed (we’re all in it together)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE, ready for immediate joining
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work, often on your feet
- A cooperative, positive attitude and a willingness to help teammates
- Basic English understanding (enough to follow instructions and keep things safe)
- Reliability — you show up when you say you will, and your word means something
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in warehouses, packing, or logistics
- Familiarity with warehouse tools or basic inventory systems
- A knack for staying organized, even on the busiest days
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary range: AED 1,750 – AED 3,000 (based on experience and role)
- Free accommodation so you can focus on your work, not your rent
- Free company transportation — no more stressful commutes
- Work visa provided at no extra cost to you
- Friendly team, supportive supervisors, and a safe environment that values your well-being
- Multinational environment where all nationalities are genuinely welcome
We know that warehouse work can be hard, but we believe that good people deserve good workplaces. If you’re ready for immediate joining and want to work with a team that values your contribution every day, we hope you’ll get in touch.
