About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever worked behind the scenes to keep the world’s food supply moving? Here’s your chance to be part of a vibrant team at Dubai Airport Free Zone, where every shift matters and every effort counts. We’re urgently looking for energetic Food Factory Workers — from Food Packing Staff to Warehouse Helpers, Loaders/Unloaders, and General Laborers — who are ready to jump in and make an impact. These aren’t just routine jobs; they’re essential roles keeping kitchens, families, and businesses stocked across the UAE, right from the heart of Dubai’s buzzing logistics hub.

About the Company

We’re a well-established food production and logistics company with a pivotal base in the Dubai Airport Free Zone — a crossroads for international trade and innovation. Our team thrives on reliability, adaptability, and collaboration; think of us as the silent engine that keeps your favorite products on the shelves. You’ll find coworkers who swap favorite snack tips during breaks, supervisors who actually notice your extra effort, and a work culture focused on safety and respect. If you’re looking for a place where hard work is recognized — and where your day-to-day actions make a real difference — you’ll fit right in here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Packing food products with care and accuracy, ensuring quality and hygiene standards every single shift
  • Helping in the warehouse: receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for distribution with an attention to detail that keeps things running smoothly
  • Loading and unloading containers and delivery vehicles — teamwork and coordination are key
  • Supporting daily factory operations: whatever the team needs, you’re there (think of it as keeping every cog in the machine moving)
  • Adhering to safety protocols and keeping your workspace clean and organized — everyone’s health depends on it
  • Occasional overtime during peak periods, so readiness to pitch in a little extra can really pay off

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves

    • Current UAE residency and ability to start immediately (we need people on the ground, right now)
    • Physically fit and able to handle manual work throughout your shift
    • Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene
    • Willingness to work various roles — flexibility is important in our fast-paced environment
    • A team-oriented attitude; you’re always ready to help when needed
  • Nice-to-Haves

    • Previous experience in food packing, warehousing, or factory settings
    • Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven work
    • Some English or Arabic skills for basic communication (but not a deal breaker)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided visa, accommodation, and insurance — less hassle, more security for you and your family
  • Competitive salary (AED 1800–2500), plus paid overtime for those extra shifts
  • A diverse, multicultural team where every nationality is truly welcome — you’ll meet people from all over the world
  • Opportunities to learn different aspects of food logistics and production (cross-training is encouraged!)
  • Supportive supervisors, open-door policies, and a culture of fair treatment and respect
  • Immediate joining means you can start working — and earning — right away

If you’re eager to join a hardworking team and be part of Dubai’s dynamic food supply chain, you’ll find good company here. Let’s get to work!
