What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the reception, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse, making sure every item is accounted for
- Conducting regular inventory checks—both scheduled and unscheduled—so surprises are few and mistakes even fewer
- Keeping detailed, up-to-date records (yes, you'll be the first to know if an item goes missing or there's a surplus)
- Coordinating closely with the purchasing and delivery teams to sync incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in storerooms, because you know safety and efficiency go hand-in-hand
- Implementing proper stock control, labeling, and organization procedures so team members can find what they need, when they need it
- Reporting stock discrepancies or damages swiftly and following up on solutions—no bottlenecks on your watch
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience working as a Storekeeper (or in a similar inventory management role)
- Solid understanding of stock control procedures and inventory management systems
- Good communication skills and a knack for coordination
- Strong attention to detail—the kind that spots errors before they become problems
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with warehouse management software
- Experience working in the UAE or an understanding of local labor laws and logistics
