About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Looking to step into a hands-on leadership role where your organizational skills shine? As our new Warehouse Supervisor in Al Nahda 1, Dubai, you’ll be the go-to for keeping our warehouse running smoothly — from receiving shipments to making sure every package leaves on time. This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re eager to build your career with a company that values both experience and attitude. Oh, and if you’re ready to start right away, even better — we’re offering an immediate join for candidates on visit or transferable visas.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team that believes a well-run warehouse is the heartbeat of the business. While our clients see order and efficiency, we know it takes humor, teamwork, and a shared commitment to accuracy behind the scenes. Friday chai breaks tend to turn into mini team huddles, and while we take pride in precision, we’re just as proud of the support and training we offer newcomers. Here, skills matter — but so does the willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily flow: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock with care.
- Leading by example — coaching a team of warehouse staff and ensuring everyone’s on the same page.
- Keeping a hawk’s eye on stock accuracy (we aim for nothing less than 100%!).
- Generating clear and timely daily and weekly inventory and activity reports.
- Coordinating with delivery/transport teams so all orders go out without a hitch.
- Jumping in where needed, whether it’s resolving an order snag or pitching in during busy stretches.
- Helping to onboard and train new team members, especially those new to warehouse work.
What You’ll Bring
- Aged 20–40, with a keen sense of responsibility and eagerness to learn.
- Experience in warehouse operations is welcome, but not strictly required — training provided for freshers.
- Comfort with reporting and basic data tracking (can you keep accurate notes? Great!).
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to step up for the team.
- Fluent in basic English for reporting and team communication.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Company visa and medical insurance — no headaches, just peace of mind.
- Shared accommodation and daily transport provided for a smoother routine.
- Annual leave (paid!) — plus a ticket home each year to recharge with family.
- Extra earning potential with paid overtime opportunities.
- Supportive team atmosphere, hands-on training, and real growth possibilities.
In this role, you’ll do more than keep things organized: you’ll be part of a genuinely supportive crew that looks out for one another. If you’re ready to make an impact and start ASAP, this could be the step up you’ve been waiting for.
