What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operations on the warehouse floor, keeping things running smoothly
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating warehouse staff to hit performance targets
- Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock movements, and reporting discrepancies
- Ensuring goods are stored properly, with a sharp eye for order and safety
- Coordinating with delivery teams to facilitate timely inbound and outbound shipments
- Identifying and implementing improvements to boost workplace safety and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
- Pitching in to solve unexpected challenges—whether it’s a logistical puzzle or a staffing crunch
What You’ll Bring
