About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the team that shapes Dubai’s skyline, one project at a time? We’re looking for hands-on individuals to join our construction crew in Sharaf DG, Dubai — specifically Shuttering Carpenters, Ceramic Tile Masons, Painters, and general Helpers. Whether you’re a seasoned craftsperson or someone eager to start in construction, this could be your next big step. With direct hiring and on-the-ground roles, you’ll see the results of your work every day.

About the Company

Here, we see construction as more than just building walls — it’s about laying the foundation for communities. Our projects are peppered across Dubai, and we take pride in a crew that feels more like a family than a workforce. Expect a workplace that’s fast-paced but supportive, where sharing a laugh on your break is as common as comparing tools. We value hard work and honesty, and we celebrate progress together (sometimes with a shared meal after a long day).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shuttering Carpenters: Install and dismantle formwork with precision, ensuring every pour meets our high standards.
  • Ceramic Tile Masons: Lay tiles with care — floors, walls, and decorative features — always keeping an eye on detail and finish.
  • Painters: Prep surfaces and apply paint or coatings, making sure the final look is both durable and sharp.
  • Helpers: Provide essential support to skilled workers, keep the site tidy, and pitch in wherever needed to keep the project moving smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and trades — communication is key on our sites.
  • Follow safety procedures at every step (we look out for each other).
  • Adapt to daily site needs, whether it’s a big pour day or a delicate finishing job.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current availability in the UAE (ready to join in Dubai).
  • Previous experience in your trade (for Carpenters, Masons, Painters) or a strong willingness to learn (for Helpers).
  • Physical fitness and stamina — construction isn’t desk work!
  • A team-player attitude and respect for safety and deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic English or Hindi communication skills.
  • Experience on fast-paced building sites in the UAE.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as project needs change.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages ranging from 1200 – 2200 AED, based on role and experience.
  • Company-provided accommodation and transport — less stress, more focus on the job.
  • Visa provided for peace of mind and stability.
  • Direct hiring — no long agency waits.
  • A chance to work with people from all over the world, building something real together.
  • Growth opportunities: Learn new trades or move up as you gain experience.
  • A work culture built around mutual respect and support — everyone’s voice matters here.

You’ll join a team where every hand makes a difference, and where showing up each day means building more than just structures — you’ll help shape the future of Dubai.
