What You’ll Be Doing
- Shuttering Carpenters: Install and dismantle formwork with precision, ensuring every pour meets our high standards.
- Ceramic Tile Masons: Lay tiles with care — floors, walls, and decorative features — always keeping an eye on detail and finish.
- Painters: Prep surfaces and apply paint or coatings, making sure the final look is both durable and sharp.
- Helpers: Provide essential support to skilled workers, keep the site tidy, and pitch in wherever needed to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and trades — communication is key on our sites.
- Follow safety procedures at every step (we look out for each other).
- Adapt to daily site needs, whether it’s a big pour day or a delicate finishing job.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current availability in the UAE (ready to join in Dubai).
- Previous experience in your trade (for Carpenters, Masons, Painters) or a strong willingness to learn (for Helpers).
