About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Window Glass Film Technician – Building Glass Tinting
Have a knack for transforming plain glass into energy-saving masterpieces? If you take pride in meticulous handiwork and enjoy seeing the direct results of your craft across high-rise buildings and storefronts, our Window Glass Film Technician position in Ajman could be just the next challenge you’re looking for. We've got steady projects, a supportive crew, and an environment where skill doesn’t go unnoticed.
About the Company
We're not your average tinting operation. Though we handle serious commercial projects, the vibe is refreshingly down-to-earth — think of us as a tight-knit team who treat each glass panel like a blank canvas. Our leadership comes from hands-on backgrounds, so they understand the little details that make a technician's life smoother (like having that good squeegee always available or arriving at jobsites with everything you need). Growth here comes from doing great work and finding ways to improve the process together — and yes, lunchroom stories about the “trickiest building of the month” are nothing short of legend.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing window film and tint with precision on a range of building glass — from single office panes to entire towers
- Measuring and preparing glass surfaces before tint application, ensuring no stray lint or fingerprints sneak through
- Carefully cutting film to fit awkward angles, curves, and corners (yes, those exist — and you’ll become a pro at them)
- Using the right tools and techniques to smooth out bubbles and creases for a flawless finish
- Keeping job sites neat, organized, and stress-free — your attention to detail will be your superpower
- Working alongside a team that values safe practices and looks out for each other’s well-being
- Occasionally training new teammates or sharing your best tricks at Friday wrap-ups
