What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising metalwork teams on various project sites, ensuring work runs efficiently and safely
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings—translating plans into real-world results
- Allocating daily tasks and monitoring progress to keep all activities on schedule
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality control at every stage of fabrication and installation
- Troubleshooting challenges as they arise—whether it’s workflow hiccups or equipment snags
- Coordinating with project managers, suppliers, and labor to ensure everyone’s on the same page
- Setting the tone for a professional, respectful worksite—discipline matters, but so does teamwork
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous hands-on experience as a Metal Works or Steel Works Foreman, ideally with an Indian background
- Strong knowledge in general metal fabrication, installation, and finishing methods
- Confidence in managing site workers and motivating diverse teams under pressure
- Practical know-how of reading and working from technical drawings
- Experience working in the UAE metal works or contracting sector
- Proven track record of taking responsibility and delivering on results—serious commitment is non-negotiable
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with safety standards and project management best practices in the UAE
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
