- Overseeing supplies: monitoring inventory and placing orders before we run out of coffee or printer paper
- Providing general administrative assistance — if something needs organizing, you’re probably the first to spot it
- Lending a hand with ad-hoc tasks when your teammates need backup
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role (ideally 1+ years handling similar tasks)
- Strong organizational skills — you’re the one who color-codes their calendar and notices when files are out of order
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and email platforms
- Good written and verbal English skills; clear, polite communication is your forte
- A trustworthy, discreet approach to sensitive information
- Ability to stay calm and resourceful on busy days
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
