About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what really keeps Dubai’s skyline growing taller and brighter each year? It’s the skilled and hardworking crews on the ground — and now, there’s a chance for you to be one of them! We’re searching for dedicated Construction Helpers to join our well-respected team in Al Rigga, Deira. If you’re looking to build your career (literally) in one of the city’s most active construction sites, you might find this to be your big break.
About the Company
We’re not your average construction firm on the block — although, you’ll spot our work on quite a few of them around Deira! Our team is a mosaic of cultures and backgrounds, united by a passion for quality and a drive to get the job done right. Think of us as a family: we look out for each other, celebrate small wins (those Friday biryani lunches are a staff favorite), and value hands-on effort as much as smart thinking. Whether you’re a seasoned worker or just getting started, every pair of helping hands is vital to our success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting skilled workers like masons, carpenters, and electricians with daily site tasks
- Carrying, loading, and unloading materials and equipment
- Keeping the construction site tidy, organized, and safe for everyone
- Following instructions from supervisors with attention to detail
- Preparing and maintaining simple tools — sometimes just knowing where things are saves the day
- Supporting team members with whatever comes up during the shift (every day brings something new!)
- Taking part in basic site clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed
- Helping with site set-up at the start of each day and wrapping up at closing time
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- The ability to understand and speak basic English (enough to follow simple instructions and safety directions)
- A reliable work ethic — we value team players who show up ready to do their best
- Physical fitness and the willingness to handle manual tasks throughout an 8+ hour shift
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn (we work together, rain or shine)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still like to hear from you. Sometimes, motivation is the best qualification.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Accommodation provided — no need to worry about where you’ll stay
- Transportation to and from the site — leave your commute to us
- Medical insurance and work visa covered
- Opportunities for overtime if you like to keep busy and earn extra
- Steady income — AED 1,200 monthly, on time
- Supportive, tight-knit crew: you’ll never feel like you’re just another number
- Plenty of learning opportunities: from tools to teamwork, there’s always something new on-site
Building something from the ground up is tough work, but it’s also rewarding. There’s a special sense of accomplishment seeing a structure rise, knowing you’ve had a hand in it — and here, you’ll never be doing it alone.
