About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it takes to keep a fast-moving tech operation running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for 30 Labour Helpers to join FederalTec Technology LLC in Dubai — and yes, we're hiring in volume because we're growing in volume. This isn't a "stand in the corner and look busy" kind of job; it's hands-on, team-driven work where your effort is visible and appreciated. If you're reliable, ready to roll up your sleeves, and looking for a steady opportunity in the heart of Business Bay, keep reading.

About the Company

FederalTec Technology LLC has built its reputation on getting things done — properly, on time, and without drama. We're a technology company, but the engine room of our operation runs on people who show up, pitch in, and take pride in the work. Walk through our office on any given morning and you'll hear a mix of languages, a lot of coffee being poured, and the occasional good-natured argument about whose turn it is to sort the storage room. We're at that exciting growth stage where new faces genuinely shape how the team works — not just fill a seat.

We believe hard work deserves respect, and that starts with how we treat our people. No invisible hierarchies, no "that's not my job" culture. Everyone here contributes, and everyone gets noticed for it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support daily site and office operations — from moving equipment and supplies to helping set up workstations and shared spaces.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing deliveries — keeping track of what comes in and where it goes (a little organization goes a long way).
  • Help maintain a clean, safe working environment — because a tidy workspace is a productive one, and safety isn't optional.
  • Lend a hand across teams — sometimes the warehouse needs you, sometimes the facilities team does. Flexibility is the name of the game.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report hazards — we'd rather you speak up than stay quiet.
  • Carry out general physical tasks as directed by your supervisor — lifting, shifting, and getting things where they need to be.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, active work — this role keeps you moving.
  • A reliable, punctual attitude — showing up on time is half the job, and we mean that sincerely.
  • Basic communication skills in English (Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a big plus).
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • A valid visa and the right to work in the UAE.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in a similar labour or facilities support role.
  • A valid UAE driving licence (not essential, but handy).

Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you — enthusiasm and reliability count for more than a perfect CV.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Walk-in interviews, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM — no endless waiting for a callback. Show up, meet the team, and get a real conversation.
  • Walk-in applicants get priority — we mean it. Bring your CV and relevant documents to Office 1110, Clover Bay Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, and we'll see you.
  • A growing company means growing opportunities — plenty of our team started in support roles and moved up.
  • A multicultural, down-to-earth team — you'll be working alongside people from all over the world who genuinely look out for each other.
  • Central location — Business Bay is well connected, so getting to work won't be a daily ordeal.

We're hiring 30 people because we believe in building a strong, dependable team — and we'd rather invest in good people than cut corners. If that sounds like somewhere you'd fit, come say hello. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or email to ask questions before you visit.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • You'll be moving equipment and supplies around both office and site environments — can you walk me through a typical day where you've had to juggle several physical tasks at once? How did you keep track of everything?
  • When a delivery arrives and the paperwork doesn't quite match what's actually on the truck, what do you do? Tell me about a time you caught a discrepancy like that.
  • Safety is a big deal here — describe a situation where you noticed a hazard or unsafe practice. What did you do about it, and what was the outcome?
  • This role has you reporting to different supervisors depending on the day — warehouse one morning, facilities the next. How do you handle getting instructions from multiple people without letting anything slip?
  • How comfortable are you with heavy lifting and being on your feet most of the day? Have you worked in a role before where physical stamina was genuinely tested?
  • Tell me about a time you were asked to do something you weren't sure how to do. How did you handle it, and who did you ask for help?
  • You're part of a 30-person team, and everyone's busy. Can you give me an example of a moment when you stepped in to help a colleague without being asked?
  • What does reliability mean to you in practice? Tell me about a time you had to push through something difficult just to make sure you showed up on time.
  • Imagine you're setting up a shared workspace and two team members disagree about how it should be arranged. How would you handle that?
  • We work with people from all over the world here — how do you adapt your communication style when someone's English isn't strong, or when you're the one who needs to ask for clarification?
  • This job involves a lot of "that's not my job" moments where you just pitch in anyway. How do you feel about that kind of flexibility?
  • Why this role, and why now? What are you hoping to get out of
