About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the linchpin that keeps a construction site humming along from sunrise to sunset? As our new General Foreman, you’ll not only keep our villa projects in the UAE on track, but you’ll be the person everyone turns to for clarity when the heat (sometimes literally) is on. This is an urgent hire—so if you thrive managing busy teams and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing concrete plans turn into real homes, you might have just found your next challenge.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit construction firm that believes great projects are built on trust, teamwork, and a bit of old-fashioned pride in a job well done. Our projects wind through some of the UAE’s most vibrant neighborhoods, and our villa teams are known for attention to detail and camaraderie—don’t be surprised if your morning site walk includes a few shared jokes (and strong coffee). While we’re serious about safety and deadlines, we believe in giving our people space to lead—and grow.

- Interpreting civil and finishing drawings, then translating them into reality on site
- Making quick decisions when unexpected issues pop up—sometimes in the middle of a hot afternoon
- Reporting progress, setbacks, or safety concerns to the site engineer and project manager
- Upholding site safety and quality standards (because keeping everyone safe is non-negotiable)
