About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever imagined spending your days supporting a vibrant family in the heart of Dubai’s bustling Business Bay? We’re searching for a caring, hands-on Housemaid/Nanny to make our household run smoothly and keep our little ones safe and happy. If you take pride in creating a tidy, welcoming home — and have a natural knack for childcare — this could be a perfect fit, especially if you’re looking for a stable, immediate opportunity (plus visa and medical coverage to sweeten the deal).
About the Family
We’re an active family who calls Business Bay home — just steps away from Dubai’s dynamic city life. Our household values openness, respect, and a warm, collaborative spirit (don’t be surprised if you find yourself joining the kids for a spontaneous art project or celebrated as the “laundry hero” of the day). We believe a happy home is built from good routines, laughter, and looking out for each other. You’ll be joining us not just as a helper, but as a valued part of our daily lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping our home sparkling clean and organized, with a keen eye for detail.
- Handling laundry and ironing, so everyone’s wardrobe is ready for whatever the day brings.
- Helping with meal preparation—sometimes it’s a quick lunch, other days it’s about measuring just the right pinch of spice for dinner.
- Ensuring our children’s safety and happiness: playing, supervising, and lending a helping hand with routines like homework or bedtime.
- Maintaining an environment where everyone (including you!) feels at ease and respected.
- Occasionally assisting with errands or special family events, when needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Current residency inside the UAE — ready to start as soon as possible.
- Practical experience in household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- A gentle, trustworthy approach to childcare, with an eye for safety and a friendly attitude.
- Adaptability – every day is a little different in family life.
- Basic English communication skills, so we can stay connected as a team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience with families in Dubai or the region.
- Cooking skills for family-friendly meals (or even just enthusiasm for learning new recipes!).
- Any additional language skills.
Not sure you check every single box? If you’re caring, reliable, and ready to join a new family, we’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 2,500 per month, paid on time.
- Full visa support and medical insurance, ensuring peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
- Supportive, kind family atmosphere where your contributions are noticed and appreciated.
- A safe, comfortable home environment in Business Bay, with everything you need for day-to-day living and working.
- We respect your background and welcome applications from any nationality.
You’ll find that this isn’t just another job — it’s an opportunity to grow, learn, and become part of something truly meaningful. If you’re inside the UAE and eager for a fresh start with a great family, we can’t wait to meet you.
