• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all relevant accounting standards and financial regulations, with a particular focus on recent Corporate Tax requirements in the UAE.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop robust financial strategies that support sustainable business growth.
• Internal Controls: Establish and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and maintain integrity.
• Audit Coordination: Facilitate both internal and external audit processes, addressing auditor queries and providing required documentation.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the finance team.
• Financial Forecasting: Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data-driven insights for effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in an accounting role, with demonstrable experience within the UAE preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of accounting software and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Tax Expertise: In-depth understanding of Corporate Tax regulations and their practical application in the UAE.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven track record of leading teams or projects.
