What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the daily operations of the requirements center, ensuring everything runs on schedule and to standard.
- Guide, motivate, and coach your team—think daily check-ins, performance feedback, and a helpful ear when the going gets tough.
- Monitor compliance with Tadbeer and UAE labor regulations; you’ll be the go-to expert for all things process and policy.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges on the fly—anything from workflow hiccups to complex customer requests.
- Build productive relationships with customers, quickly resolving concerns and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
- Coordinate with other departments (think: HR, payroll, customer relations) to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and placement.
