About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself coordinating a fleet of luxury vehicles and thinking, “There must be a smarter way to do this”? As our new Transport Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-end transport operation, ensuring every ride is seamless for our clients—and every day feels just a bit different from the last. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium service, you might be exactly the person we’re looking for right now in the UAE.

About the Company

Picture this: a growing luxury transport provider known for its outstanding service, a fleet that turns heads, and a team that truly cares about getting things right (and on time!). We blend efficiency with that special touch of elegance our clients expect, whether they’re heading to a high-profile event or the airport. Our workflow is dynamic, our office talk is lively, and we all agree—good coffee and good company make even the busiest days better. Here, dedication is recognized, ideas are welcomed, and no one is just a number.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day transport operations to ensure vehicles, drivers, and schedules run smoothly
  • Supervising, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of drivers—think “lead by example,” not just clipboard checking
  • Juggling bookings, shifting priorities, and responding nimbly to last-minute changes (it happens, right?)
  • Liaising with VIP clients to understand and deliver on their unique preferences or requirements
  • Drafting and managing emails, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and professionalism
  • Keeping detailed records of all trips, vehicle maintenance, and compliance—no paperwork nightmares here
  • Collaborating closely with dispatch and customer service teams to guarantee a flawless client experience
  • Applying strong organizational skills to anticipate challenges and solve them before anyone notices

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience supervising transport or fleet operations (limousine/luxury transport: even better)
  • Ready-to-go administrative chops: emails, proposals, contracts, and records are second nature
  • A knack for leadership—balancing respect for your team with taking charge
  • Superb organizational skills; you’ll need to multitask without breaking a sweat
  • Immediate availability in the UAE/Abu Dhabi

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Conversational (or fluent) Arabic skills to connect with clients and teammates alike
  • Prior experience in high-end, service-driven environments

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Fast-moving, supportive team with genuine camaraderie
  • Opportunities to grow your career as we expand—your ideas matter, and initiative is noticed
  • Engaged leadership and open communication
  • Fun little perks—team lunches, recognition awards, and occasional ride-alongs in style
  • A role where you can take pride in making every journey unforgettable

Here, you won’t just oversee operations—you’ll help shape the standard for luxury transport in the region. If you’re ready to step into a place that values expertise, encourages new ideas, and celebrates success together, we can’t wait to meet you.
