What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day transport operations to ensure vehicles, drivers, and schedules run smoothly
- Supervising, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team of drivers—think “lead by example,” not just clipboard checking
- Juggling bookings, shifting priorities, and responding nimbly to last-minute changes (it happens, right?)
- Liaising with VIP clients to understand and deliver on their unique preferences or requirements
- Drafting and managing emails, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and professionalism
- Keeping detailed records of all trips, vehicle maintenance, and compliance—no paperwork nightmares here
- Collaborating closely with dispatch and customer service teams to guarantee a flawless client experience

What You’ll Bring

- At least 3 years’ proven experience supervising transport or fleet operations (limousine/luxury transport: even better)

- Immediate availability in the UAE/Abu Dhabi
